A New Pipe Inside Your Old One — Without Digging
CIPP pipe lining is one of the most effective sewer rehabilitation methods available. We insert a flexible, resin-saturated liner into your damaged pipe through an existing access point, inflate it to conform perfectly to the pipe interior, and cure it in place. The result is a smooth, seamless, corrosion-resistant new pipe — rated for over 50 years of service.
The process begins with a camera inspection to assess the pipe condition, followed by hydro jetting to clean the pipe walls, and then liner installation and curing. A post-installation camera inspection confirms the liner is properly seated and the repair is complete.
Pipe Conditions Suitable for Lining
The CIPP Lining Process Explained
CIPP (Cured-In-Place Pipe) lining is a sophisticated trenchless technology that allows us to repair your sewer line without tearing up your property. The process starts with a high-resolution camera inspection to map the pipe's condition, followed by an intensive hydro-jetting session to remove scale, roots, and debris. The host pipe must be perfectly clean for the new liner to bond correctly.
Once prepped, we take a flexible felt or fiberglass tube saturated in a specialized epoxy resin and invert it into the damaged pipe using air or water pressure. The pressure forces the liner to press tightly against the inside walls of the old pipe. Hot water, steam, or UV light is then introduced to cure the resin, hardening it into a solid, structurally sound, jointless pipe. The new CIPP liner is incredibly strong, highly resistant to root intrusion, and boasts a lifespan of over 50 years.
Benefits of CIPP Lining vs. Traditional Replacement
Cost Guide: Sewer Pipe Lining
Trenchless pipe lining is often more cost-effective than traditional excavation because it saves the expense of restoring driveways, patios, or landscaping. Pricing depends on pipe diameter, length, and access.
- Standard CIPP Pipe Lining (Per Foot)$120 - $250 / ft
- Sectional Spot Repair (Lining a short section)$1,500 - $3,000+
- Pre-Lining Prep (Camera & Hydro-Jetting)$350 - $650
*A camera inspection is mandatory to determine if your pipe is a viable candidate for lining. Severely collapsed pipes may require traditional excavation.
